How to place an order?
Browse our products by click Shop link in the menu and once you decide which product you want to order, simply choose its quantity and press “Add to Cart” button. After you add the product(s) you want to purchase to the cart, follow checkout process to successfully place your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at House of Cali without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Track your orders and review past purchases
Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

How do I checkout?
Once you add product(s) to the cart, open cart by clicking cart icon in the menu and press of checkout button which will take you to the checkout page. Enter required information i.e. Name, Contact, Shipping Address and Billing Address and then choose Shipping Method and Payment Method. Once you do these, simply click Checkout button to finish the order placement process.

Can I cancel my order?
In order to cancel or change your order, get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +92 300 8201602 with your order number. You can find the order number – which is automatically sent after order is placed – in your email inbox.

How can I pay for my order?
We are accepting payments through Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit card (for International customers only). In case of Bank Transfer, once you place an order, our bank details will appear to which you can make payment. Once the payment is made, please share proof of payment (receipt/screenshot) with us on WhatsApp at +92 300 8201602

Do you ship internationally?

How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items are shipped via standard ground delivery and take about 7-10 days to arrive. For the rest of the products, please allow 12–14 weeks for delivery. Are there any instructions for cushions?
The cushion covers are dry-clean only. They are made with a zipper for convenience.
